This is a nice creek to paddle on, you can start from the State Boat Launch on Saratoga Lake (there is a fee to park there), and continue down Fish Creek.  The creek is deep and could probably be paddled on at any time of the boating season.  There are two options I've found for parking and getting out of the creek.  On the map, I have a point labeled "Midpoint" where a bridge crosses the creek and there is enough room on one side of the bridge to park one or two cars in a grassy area.  If you continue downstream farther, there is an area with a large dirt pull over (for fishing) where you can park many cars.  Unfortunately, in order to paddle this far down, you'll need to portage around a dam, and ride through some rapids (which could be difficult if the dam is closed and it's been dry).  But these rapids have some wooded areas next to them so you could always walk around them if the water level was too low.
